DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
+ We make the enamel colors in small batches. All of our products are hand painted with colorful enamel, so slight imperfections and color variations are normal. This includes: minor color variation between the product photo and the physical product, placement of crystals, and etc. None of these imperfections impact the quality of the product.

+ All personalized tags are nonrefundable. Please check your personalization information carefully before ordering to avoid written mistakes. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at customerservice@cleopetra.net within 7 days and we'll work on finding a solution together. Please note that you will need to provide a photo of your damaged/incorrect item.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
+ We will do our best to accommodate changes to an order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send your order number and your change request to customerservice@cleopetra.net.
