+ You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee – these rates are calculated at checkout.

+ Yes! Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
+ When you place a personalized tag order we usually ship the order within 5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS: First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Parcel Ground. Most orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after being scanned at our local San Francisco post office.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to an increase in demand during COVID-19, shipping delays are very likely. Additionally, once your package is handed over to USPS, we are unable to control when your order gets processed and mailed to you. If your tracking number shows no updates for 10 days, please reach out to us at customerservice@cleopetra.net and we'll work on finding a solution together.
LOST PACKAGES
+ Cleopetra is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped. Orders are sent to the exact shipping address on the order. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages.
